The in-house creative team at Porter Novelli was tasked with promoting a new offering: the Situation Room. This “reputation management” service helped clients respond to PR crises, as our Atlanta and New York offices could collaborate in real-time. There was an actual fingerprint-locked room in the Atlanta office, plus media monitoring in an adjacent room by the Strategic Planning, Analytics, and Research (SPAR) team.
